Note Darren Millar believes the black spot at Harpers Hill should have been fixed long before his partner of 14 years, Sue Welch, lost her life in a crash in October 2009. Mr Millar spoke to the Mercury yesterday after the man responsible for her death, Robert John Ervine, was spared a jail term and sentenced to a three-year good behaviour bond in Downing Centre District Court, Sydney.
