Based upon the fictional character created by writer Henning Mankell, the Wallander series is another top quality crime adaptation created in Europe, and screened in Australia on SBS TV. Mankell is one of the best read crime writers on the planet. Moody and cool in equal measures, Wallander is superbly acted and produced.
